Refund & Subscription Policy

Billing
Biasr Pro is billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
- 14-day money-back on your first ever Biasr Pro subscription. Email us within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund.
- Annual plans: prorated refunds within the first 30 days, no refunds after.
- Monthly renewals are non-refundable once charged. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded.
EU / UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use Pro features (real-time alerts, premium data) you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and waive the right of withdrawal for the portion of service already consumed.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect on their plan.
How to request a refund
Email billing@biasr.appfrom the address on your account with your handle and the charge date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
