By creating an account or using Biasr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Biasr is a social platform for traders. Posts, trades, theses, scores and rankings are user-generated content for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on Biasr is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and any losses you incur.

You retain ownership of trades, screenshots, comments and other content you post. You grant Biasr a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content for the operation of the Service.

You may not post false or fabricated trade results, harass or threaten other users, impersonate anyone, post illegal content, or attempt to manipulate the Truth Score or ranking systems. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

The Truth Score is calculated automatically from trade transparency, outcomes, and verified evidence. It is a reputation signal, not a guarantee of future performance. We may adjust the methodology over time.

Some features (Pro Alerts) require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal. Refunds follow our published policy.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biasr is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
